Terms of Use

1.About these Terms

Raiven Inspect ("the App") is provided by Speed Up Mobile AB, org. nr 556615-9520, Kivra: 556615-9520, 106 31 Stockholm, Sweden ("we", "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the App.

The App is business software made available to organisations ("Customers") that license it. If you use the App, you do so as an authorised user of a Customer (for example, as that Customer's employee or contractor). By using the App you agree to these Terms.

2.Relationship to the service agreement

The commercial terms for the App are set out in a separate service agreement between us and the Customer. If anything in these Terms conflicts with that service agreement, the service agreement prevails as between us and the Customer. These Terms set a baseline for individual users; they do not replace the service agreement.

3.Accounts and access

3.1 Accounts are created and managed by the Customer's administrator. There is no public sign-up.

3.2 You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity carried out under your account. Do not share your credentials.

3.3 We or the Customer may suspend or withdraw your access — for example, if you are no longer an authorised user or if these Terms are breached.

4.Licence to use the App

We grant authorised users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the App for its intended purpose — recording and managing property inspections — for the duration of the Customer's licence. No other rights are granted.

5.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the App unlawfully, or for any purpose other than legitimate inspection work;
• attempt to access data or accounts you are not authorised to access, or breach the App's security or tenant separation;
• copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the App's source code, except as permitted by law;
• upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content; or
• record more personal data than the inspection requires, and in particular take care with photographs that may capture identifiable people. Handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6.Customer data

Data entered into the App (inspections, photographs, location, and related records) is controlled by the Customer for data-protection purposes. We process it to provide the App, as described in our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, a Data Processing Agreement with the Customer.

7.Intellectual property

The App, including its software, design, and content (excluding Customer data), is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual-property rights to you beyond the licence in clause 4.

8.Availability

We aim to keep the App available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Any service-level commitments are set out in the service agreement, not these Terms.

9.Disclaimers and liability

9.1 To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" without warranties not expressly stated.

9.2 Our liability to the Customer is governed by the service agreement. Our liability to individual users is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

9.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

10.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Customer or in the App. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and disputes are subject to the Swedish courts.
